Canva is a graphic design platform where you can create presentations, social media graphics, and more. It’s free to sign up and use and pretty user-friendly once you understand the basics.

Before jumping in to creating your own digital materials, we are going to walk you through the steps of downloading and editing our social media listing templates.

Once you click the link, you’ll be taken to this page:

From there, click use template. If you have a Canva account, it’ll ask you to sign in, or give you the option to create a free account.

Once you sign in or create your account, you’ll see all the templates available for you to use!

With Canva, you have the option to edit directly in Canva, or download and save it to another tool, like Microsoft PowerPoint. You’ll find these options by clicking the Share button on the upper right-hand side, next to Present.
 

While you have the option to work outside of Canva, we recommend using it for editing your templates. All you have to do is drag and drop the photos you want to add once you upload them. You’ll find the Uploads section on the left sidebar. You can also edit the text simply by clicking on each item.
